How long will it take for the products to reach the customers?

i) Peninsular Malaysia:

Products will arrive approximately 7 - 14 days after order has been made. Please be advise, any purchase made after 21st March 2025, delivery will be made after Raya on 7th April onwards. In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, RR by Rizman Ruzaini will be closed from 29th March to 6th April 2025. We will resume our operation on Monday, 7th April 2025.

ii) East Malaysia:

Your products will arrive approximately 28 days after order has been made. Please be advise, any purchase made after 21st March 2025, delivery will be made after Raya on 7th April onwards. In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, RR by Rizman Ruzaini will be closed from 29th March to 6th April 2025. We will resume our operation on Monday, 7th April 2025.

On what day do we ship out the orders?

Shipment of products will depend on the type of product (ready stock, pre-order, made to order). But a minimum of 7 days is required to process the order. Please be advise, any purchase made after 21st March 2025, delivery will be made after Raya on 7th April onwards.
