Delivery Time
- How long will it take for the products to reach the customers?
i) Peninsular Malaysia:
Products will arrive approximately 7 - 14 days after order has been made. Please be advise, any purchase made after (29th March 2024 for Borneo & International and 2nd April 2024 for Peninsular Malaysia), delivery will be made after Raya. In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, RR by Rizman Ruzaini will be closed from 9th April to 14th April 2024. We will resume our operation on Monday, 15th April 2024.
ii) East Malaysia:
- On what day do we ship out the orders?
Shipment of products will depend on the type of product (ready stock, pre-order, made to order). But a minimum of 7 days is required to process the order. Please be advise, any purchase made after (29th March 2024 for Borneo & International and 2nd April 2024 for Peninsular Malaysia), delivery will be made after Raya. In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, RR by Rizman Ruzaini will be closed from 9th April to 14th April 2024. We will resume our operation on Monday, 15th April 2024.
